Up next for two of our team members Aaron and Ronnie is the Fredricksburg Off Road Dual # 1 on April 11th. FRED Events an up and coming multi-sport company is putting on the event which takes place on the shores of the Rappahannock River in Fredricksburg, VA. Several years ago I did the same event and it is a great race. Fun, technical mountain biking along with a great trail run.  And to top it off they have great post race food including bar-be-que and beer!
