30 min treadmill at 15% at 3.0mph and increase .1 every minute for 15min then decrease by .1 every minute.
35 min of stairs (14steps, 12feet or so), 15 min w/ 2-10lb, 10min w/ 1-25lb, 10 min w/ 1-10lb (I got some funny looks on this one, as these are the only stairs in Iraq i think)
10 min core/abs/pushup position

Just thinking, this would be a perfect hotel workout.
